Sometimes, we all need someone to lean on. During periods of ill health or our health deteriorates, due to age or ill heath it is advisable to have in place a Lasting Power of Attorney for Health and Care Decisions. This will enable your appointed Attorneys to assisting you with making decisions about you care. If you are caring for someone it is important that you are legally empowered to assist them. A Power of Attorney for Health and Care Decisions is the best way to ensure that you are legally protected as you make decisions or assist the Donor to make decision in their best interest regarding their care.

Deborah Bowers Will Writing will meet with you, explain the requirements of the Mental Capacity Act, the role and responsibility of your Attorney (i.e. the person you appoint to act on your behalf) and act as your Certificate Provider.
